More like Lobo made the washed up has been Team 3D look better than they had in ages. Out of all the local guys on that tour he stood head and shoulders above the rest, he actually looked like he belonged on the same show as Daniels, AJ, Joe etc.

Out of all the local guys on that tour he stood head and shoulders above the rest, he actually looked like he belonged on the same show as Daniels, AJ, Joe etc. TNT was on that show... Mark Hilton... Nathan Jones... Lee Starr... Alright i'll bite, just my humble opinion from a guy who paid their hard earned to sit in the front row. TNT looked okay on the Melbourne and Newie shows to be fair, but looked completely outclassed on the Sydney show, the exchanges between Kazarian and Dragon were great, yet when TNT was in there it looked really awkward, on another night he'd probably look a lot better but none of those 3 matches really were his best. Keep in mind that I rank TNT's 2005 work very highly, IMO it was probably his best year. Hilton did okay considering he was in a squash, but he looked minor league against Jones, which leads to.... Jones did pretty well as the monster type, but for starters that's all he can really do and second I don't consider Nathan Jones to be an "Australian" wrestler per se, Aussie by birth but the dude in US trained and based. I'm a big fan of Lee Starr, have been for a while but again getting squashed by Jones on one show then having the Dudleys make you look like a bitch, he did the best he could with the match but by the same token did nothing to stand out either. With Lobo, in his match with the Dudleys in Melbourne, not only did he put on a fantastic performance and make Bubba and Devon look a lot better than they had looked for a while (and since it could be argued), with his presence and intensity/believability, he looked like a guy who belonged in the same ring with guys who'd been pushed on TV for years. The difference is, people on board were saying how well the others did "for aussie wrestlers", people were saying how good Lobo did, period.
