I dont think you need one, like how you dont need a doctors certiicate. Its reccomended as it shows that you are a good student and good person.

You do weights and your only 14. Make sure you dont over do it and stunt your growth and stuff up your joints. But good your thinking of fitness.
I so need to start going to the gym again. I will probably start back in July.

I will probably start back in July. Actually i've been told by some wrestlers and other people that work out regularly and they told me that 14 year olds can work out but they can't be like really heavily into it. Like working out for 3-4 hours a day or something similar. If he was to do Weights for maybe 30-60 minutes a day it wouldnt do anything. I've also read about it aswell on lots of workout sites. Plus i used to exercise when i was 14 and my growth wasnt stunted. So my advice don't go over the top with having a fantastic psysique and stuff and you'll be fine.

You told me the exact opposite a few months back, and pretty much said you didnt want to touch a weight for that reason i stated. But meh. From talking to personal trainers i know, from the gym i used to go to. Aswell as some wrestlers who are in really good shape and are massive. At our age, it is often best not to train heavy as thats what will mess up our joints. So train hard not heavy at our age. If you want to know what training hard is compared to training heavy, here is a blog about it written by former AWF wrestler Conan Stevens www.conanstevens.com/bodybuilding-and-muscle-gain/big-huge-muscle-the-secrets/training-heavy-vs-training-hard-in-the-gym.htmlTry do a bit of cardio, so you dont get as tired as fast. But not too much as Ive been told it does strip down muscle and to stop doing it lol
