Don't be lazy like me. lol That's great advice. Also you should do running like Toxin said and maybe some bike riding, Like a 40min bike ride each day. My dad tried that with me before a dreamcamp and it kinda worked. I was faster and stronger. Though I gained more speed than strength. Hooray for bike riding!
